School of Sound is proud to invite you to Dario D’Attis & Mirco Espositos House Producer Masterclass.
This is a showcase of Dario’s and Mircos producer skills and an interaction point with your own productions.
The full 2 day masterclass includes all aspects of Music Production, Sounddesign, Mixing and Publication.

In parallel to this Masterclass we hold the official Dario D’Attis & Mirco Esposito Remix Contest, and you could win a social media push of your remix and a copy of Lennar Digital Sylenth1. This is your chance to be heard by thousands of fans!

Dario has been releasing music since 1999, which has seen him become a regular DJ on the Swiss underground club scene for many years. However in the past three years Dario has started to attract the attention of global audiences with the likes of Marco Carola, Åme and Dixon supporting his music.
Recent releases on Hive Audio, Noir Music, Poker Flat Recordings, Strictly Rhythm and Defected Records have catapulted Dario into the spotlight, with tracks like “The Good Old Days” being a firm Ibiza anthem. This year his remix of Soul Vision “Don’t Stop” further made an impact in clubs around the world.
2016 saw Dario embark on busy international touring schedule including dates at Watergate, Ministry of Sound, Nordsten, La Rocca, Montreaux Jazz Festival and Defected Festival in Croatia.
Alongside this growing international rise, Dario has been heavily involved with Hive Audio; leading to a residency at the legendary Zurich nightclub, HIVE.
2017 saw him push the envelope further on his productions, with original releases and remixes lined up on several high profile labels as well as a touring diary that sees Dario play across Europe and North America.

Mirco Esposito is living in Lucerne has studied at SAE Institute Milano. He s been in the house scene for two decades.

Lernziele und Ablauf

In einer Masterclass arbeitest du mit den besten und bekannten internationalen Artists und Proucern deines Musik Genres und kannst deine Produktionen gezielt verbessern.
Produktion, Arrangement, Sounddesign und Publikation, alles in einem kompakten Paket.
Es wird an Original-Songs/Files/Templates des Künstlers gearbeitet.
Masterclasses sind Software-unabhängig aufgebaut, und verstehen sich als Stil-spezifische Workshops.
Besuch ist möglich mit Logic, Cubase, Ableton Live etc.
Masterclasses werden auf Video aufgenommen (kostenpflichtig)
Should a trainer cancel the masterclass, no renumerations or payments can be made to the participants (booked flights, hotels, etc). The masterclass will be shifted to a timely future date only.
Masterclasses are not part of the diploma system of School of Sound. Diplomas do not entitle for a guaranteed place in a masterclass. In exceptions, access to masterclasses can be granted if there are free seats left in a masterclass.

Was unterscheidet eine Masterclass von einem regulären Kurs?
Die Masterclass ist ein Showcase der Producer-Skills der Artists und ein Interaktionspunkt mit deinen eigenen Produktionen – ein intensiver 2-Tages-Einblick statt strukturierter Grundlagenvermittlung.
Für wen ist die Masterclass mit Dario D'Attis & Mirco Esposito geeignet?
Für Produzentinnen und Produzenten, die bereits selbst Musik machen und von etablierten House-Artists lernen wollen. Sie ist kein Einsteigerkurs – die Grundlagen legst du im Ableton Live – Intro Producer Kurs und vertiefst sie im Ableton Live – Advanced Producer Kurs (wahlweise auch mit Logic).
Soll ich eigene Tracks mitbringen?
Ja. Der direkte Austausch über deine eigenen Produktionen ist ein zentraler Teil der Masterclass – am eigenen Material profitierst du am meisten.
Muss ich am Remix Contest teilnehmen?
Nein, die Teilnahme ist freiwillig. Der parallele offizielle Remix Contest ist eine zusätzliche Chance auf Sichtbarkeit – du kannst die Masterclass auch ohne Contest voll nutzen.
In welcher Sprache findet die Masterclass statt?
Die Masterclass wird auf Deutsch durchgeführt.
Ableton Certified Training – was ist das?
School of Sound ist das Schweizer Ableton & Steinberg Certified Training Center – Kursinhalte und Trainer sind von Ableton zertifiziert und geprüft. Du lernst nach offiziellem Standard und erhältst eine Teilnahmebestätigung der School of Sound.
Was passiert, wenn der Termin nicht stattfindet oder ausgebucht ist?
Bei einer Absage buchen wir dich auf einen Ersatztermin um. Da die Plätze begrenzt sind, lohnt sich eine frühzeitige Anmeldung.
